### 3 · Open Hand Technique

Flurry of Blows hits can knock prone, push, or prevent reactions until the end of your next turn.

### 6 · Wholeness of Body

Use an action to heal HP equal to three times your Monk level; recharges on a Long Rest.

### 11 · Tranquility

After a Long Rest, gain Sanctuary until the next Long Rest or until the spell ends early.

### 17 · Quivering Palm

Spend Ki after an unarmed hit to set up a delayed effect, then end it with an action; see the source for its save and consequences.
